Open your sector catalogue
The menu may be called Products, Services, Menu & dishes, Engagements & fees or Fees and supplies. It contains the items reused in sales and service delivery.
Fill in an item
Fields adapt to your sector. A service without stock tracking remains sellable without an artificial quantity. For a bookable service, its duration helps reserve a suitable time slot.
Add an item and check its name, price and category.
Where available, enter the SKU, barcode or variants.
Enable stock tracking only for items whose quantities you actually manage.
Save and check the result in the catalogue.
Avoid double-counting quantities
If a product has variants, check each variant quantity and stock without a variant. Do not enter starting stock twice.
Batches, units and serial numbers appear only for the relevant sectors and modules. To bring in an old catalogue, use the import flow available to your account and check its preview before confirming.
