Getting started with IVERNEXT

Set up your workspace, choose your first features and check a first customer journey.

01

Understand your workspace

IVERNEXT AI brings together your customers, business records, documents, scheduling and Sira. Conversations lets you handle messages from the channels you have connected.

Available sections depend on your sector, enabled modules, subscription and permissions. A team member may therefore see fewer settings than the owner.

02

Prepare the essential information

  1. Create your account and complete the confirmation requested during registration. Sign in using your chosen method: email, Google or Apple.

  2. Open Account & establishment. Check your business name, sector, contact details and the other requested information.

  3. Add customers and the records your business actually needs in your workspace. Start with a few complete records before running a larger import.

  4. If you choose a paid subscription, complete the billing profile before confirming payment.

03

Prepare Sira and a first channel

Start with reliable information: opening hours, services, prices and answers to common questions. Separate customer-facing information from internal documents.

  1. In Knowledge, complete your public FAQ and add the documents you need with the correct visibility.

  2. In Integrations or Conversations settings, connect a first channel you actually manage. Follow that channel’s guide for its permissions and requirements.

  3. Check who can access that inbox and who should take over requests that need a person.

04

Check a first journey

  1. Send a simple question from the customer channel, such as a question about the opening hours or service you have entered.

  2. Check that the message reaches the right inbox, the answer matches your information and the conversation remains visible.

  3. If a business action was requested, check the result in the relevant section before considering the journey complete.

05

If a section is missing or you get stuck

First check that you are in the correct establishment and signed in with the correct account. Ask the owner to check your permissions if a screen or action is unavailable.

Then search the help centre for the feature name or message you encountered. The guides explain access requirements and troubleshooting steps.
