Protect accounts and access
Individual accounts, suitable roles, private codes and safe information to share with support.
One account per person
Invite each member from Team using their work or usual email address. Choose the role their work requires instead of sharing the owner's account.
Only the owner can manage other administrators. When someone no longer needs the workspace, an administrator can disable their access and cancel unused invitations.
Keep codes and links private
Do not share your password, confirmation code, reset link or invitation link with another person. These items can open or create access.
The registration code confirms your email address; it is not multi-factor authentication for your account. Google or Apple may apply their own checks on their sign-in screen.
Never place an integration key or payment-card details in a customer conversation, public note or shared screenshot.
Access denied: check before acting
A missing screen or access refusal can depend on role, sector, plan or member status. Ask the administrator to check these before creating a second account.
If access is refused after workspace deletion, do not repeatedly attempt deletion; have the result confirmed. If an old tab shows inconsistent information, refresh it before concluding the operation failed.

Hide passwords, codes, private links and sensitive data in screenshots.
