Understand the bell, handovers and browser permissions.
The bell groups tasks
The header bell groups work awaiting the team: conversations, appointments to confirm, quotes or files according to industry and permissions. Click an item to open its module. Counters follow current data; they are not a history of every event.
Enable handover alerts
In Conversations, select Alerts when offered.
Allow the browser request if you want desktop notifications when the tab is hidden.
When Sira hands over appears, read the reason and select Open to handle the conversation.
No notification received
Check website permissions in the browser and system settings. Re-enable permission after a denial and reload. A visible tab uses an in-app alert; a hidden tab may use an authorized system notification. Notifications with the browser closed are not guaranteed: also check To do.
