Use Sira and confirm actions

Distinguish the internal assistant from customer replies and review actions before execution.

01

Two distinct uses

The Sira page helps with your work using authorized data and tools for your industry. Sira on customer channels replies using permitted public information. Private documents are for internal use and should not be uploaded to the public FAQ.

02

Make an actionable request

  1. Open Sira and start a new conversation or resume one from History.

  2. Describe what you need and identify the customer, matter or reference. For example: “Which documents are missing from file X?”.

  3. Read the answer and check relevant references in the file or module. Missing information should be supplied, not guessed.

03

Confirm a sensitive write

When confirmation is required, Sira shows the prepared operation with Confirm operation and Cancel. Review the affected records, dates, amounts, recipients and content before confirming. Confirmation expires after 10 minutes; expired or used confirmations require preparing the request again.

04

Permissions, industry and quotas

Sira preserves the signed-in person's permissions and industry capabilities. A request cannot unlock a missing module or denied access. Internal turns and customer replies have separate quotas. Default monthly internal limits are 200/500/1,000/3,000 for Starter/Professionnel/Business/Enterprise; workspace-specific terms may differ.
