Use private documents with Sira
Import a confidential PDF with the right scope and check its analysis.
Access and confidentiality
Private documents in FAQ is for managers and administrators. These sources support internal questions to Sira, not public customer replies. If the tab is missing, have your role checked; do not use Public FAQ to bypass the restriction.
Choose scope and import
Open FAQ then Private documents. If Document scope or Related patient is shown, select the appropriate file, patient or operation.
Choose Document shared with the whole team only for a shared internal source. Relevant industries require an explicit choice before uploading.
Drop or select the PDF, wait for Active and give Sira the file reference or relevant person in your question.
PDF and scan limits
Each private PDF is limited to 25 MB and 500 pages, with at most 100 private documents per workspace. Prefer usable text. Scan recognition has a separate 80-page limit and depends on quality. Split large documents coherently rather than repeating the upload.
Analysing, error or no answer
Analysing means the file is not ready. Error shows the available cause: check size, pages, readability and scope. Wait a few minutes after too many uploads. Give Sira the explicit reference for a linked document. Ask for the relevant passage and compare it with the document before an important decision.
