Use your internal Sira on Telegram
Link your personal account, review actions and revoke access.
Personal access
Telegram provides access to the same internal Sira, with your conversations and permissions. It is not a Telegram inbox for customers: to let them message you on Telegram, connect the company bot with the Telegram card under customer channels. Your team account must be active and authorized to use Sira; industry rules and the internal quota still apply.
Link your account
Open Telegram from the Sira page or the Sira for you card in Integrations.
Select Use Sira on Telegram. The link is personal, single-use and valid for 10 minutes; do not forward it.
Press Start in the official bot. Return to IVERNEXT and select Refresh if the active secure connection is not yet shown.
Confirm and verify
Reads use your usual permissions. An appointment, quote, email or other sensitive write requires confirmation. Review the prepared action, confirm as instructed and check the result in the relevant module. Regenerate expired pairing links from IVERNEXT.
Revoke access or request activation
In IVERNEXT's Telegram dialog, select Revoke then Confirm revocation to disconnect. If the screen requires channel activation by IVERNEXT, contact support; creating your own bot does not replace that step.
