Invite your team and manage access

Invitations, available seats, roles, visibility to Sira and disabling a member.

01

Who can manage the team?

An administrator can invite and manage members. Only the owner can invite or manage other administrators. The owner cannot be demoted or disabled through this workflow.

Role names vary by sector, such as Teacher, File manager or Member. Available menus and data depend on the role; not every member has the same screens.

02

Send an invitation

First check active seats and pending invitations in Team. Pending invitations reserve a seat. An address that already has IVERNEXT access cannot be invited as a new member.

  1. Open Team and choose ‘Invite member’ or ‘Invite staff’.

  2. Enter the name, email, role and language. Choose the link validity period: 30 days by default.

  3. Enable visibility to Sira only if she should recognize this member when a customer asks for them.

  4. Choose ‘Send invitation’. The recipient opens the link, confirms their name and chooses a password.

03

Seats and blocked invitations

If the invitation button is unavailable, check your plan's seats and unused invitations. Canceling a pending invitation releases its reservation.

If the link has expired or was revoked, ask the administrator for a new invitation. When an invitation is resent to the same address, use the new link.

A smaller plan or a scheduled plan change can limit available seats. Do not share an account to bypass that limit.

04

Edit or disable a member

Open the member, change the available fields and choose ‘Save’. Inactive status blocks access; reactivating the member requires an available seat.

Visibility to Sira does not grant administrator privileges. In sectors with assigned files or classes, an invitation does not replace work assignments.

If a synchronization error appears, refresh the page, check the actual status and report the issue to the administrator or support.
