Connect Messenger and check Instagram
Authorize the right Facebook page and understand Coming soon.
Connect a Facebook page
As an IVERNEXT administrator, open Integrations and select Connect on the Messenger card.
In the official Facebook window, use the account administering the page and review permissions.
Select the correct page in Choose the Facebook page and select Connect. Check the name before testing a private message.
Missing page or interrupted connection
No page: check the managing account. Cancelled connection or expired authorization: select Connect again if you want to continue. If Facebook does not load, reload the screen. If creation fails, also check your channel limit and give support the exact error if it persists.
Instagram in the current version
The Instagram card shows existing connected pages. Otherwise it says Coming soon without a new connection option. Authorizing Messenger does not automatically create an Instagram inbox. Ask support about availability for your workspace; do not remove an existing connection expecting to recreate it from this screen.
