Connect an email inbox and handle drafts
Gmail, Outlook, filtered messages and replies to review before sending.
Authorize the correct inbox
As an administrator, open Integrations and select Connect for Gmail or Outlook. Outlook includes Outlook.com, Hotmail and Microsoft 365.
Check the account in the Google or Microsoft window and finish authorization. If the new tab is blocked, the flow may continue in the current page.
Return to Integrations, check the address under Connected, then test email receipt in Conversations.
If the provider refuses
A provider warning or company policy may interrupt authorization. Check the application, account and requested access; ask your IT administrator or support if unsure. Do not share your password to unblock the connection. Also check your plan's channel limit.
Find filtered messages
If an email is missing from To do, open Filtered. Advertising, mailing lists, automated senders and automatic replies may be grouped there. This does not mean the message was deleted. Read the thread before deciding to reply.
A draft is not a sent message
When an email awaits a person, Sira may prepare an internal draft. Select Edit, complete bracketed fields, check the recipient, then Send. Direct sending is disabled while those fields remain. Retrying a preparation error retries the draft, not its delivery.
