Connect and manage your channels
Choose the right connection flow, understand limits and know what removing a channel does.
Where to start
Open Integrations in your workspace. Integrations & channels separates customer channels from Sira for you. Customer messages appear in Conversations. Telegram appears twice: under customer channels it is the company bot your customers message; under Sira for you it is your internal Sira.
Choose the right connection
For WhatsApp, select Connect and pair the phone using the QR code.
For Messenger, authorize the Facebook account managing the page, then select that page.
For Gmail or Outlook, finish authorization in the Google or Microsoft window. For your website, configure the widget and copy its code.
For another email address (OVH, Infomaniak, iCloud, Yahoo, Orange…), the company Telegram bot (created with @BotFather), SMS through Twilio or WhatsApp through Meta’s official API, select Connect and fill in the form: the connection is tested before it is created. iCloud and Yahoo require an app password.
Check the Connected status, then exchange messages with a test contact and verify receipt in Conversations.
Permissions and limits
Only administrators connect channels. Inbox limits depend on the plan: Starter 2, Professionnel 5, Business 10, Enterprise 100. Two WhatsApp numbers or two email inboxes count separately.
Who sees which channel
By default, the whole team sees every channel: a new member and a new channel are open to everyone. When your team includes other people, each card shows an Access line. Edit lets an administrator tick who sees each number, address or page, at any time. An unticked person no longer sees that channel’s conversations or gets its alerts. The account owner always sees everything.
Remove a channel
Remove opens a confirmation. The channel is removed from the CRM and Sira, and its conversations disappear from Conversations. WhatsApp disconnects the linked session. At the provider (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Telegram, Twilio…), this does not delete messages. Read the warning before confirming.
