Install and verify your website widget
Activate the Sira widget, publish its code and understand installation diagnostics.
Create the widget
Open Integrations, then Configure on the Website card.
Enter your public website address and select Activate widget. Your plan must have an available channel slot.
Copy the provided line and paste it once just before the closing body tag, on every page, then publish the site. “Where to paste it?” gives the steps for WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace and Webflow; if someone else manages your website, email them the line from the card: their reply comes straight back to you.
Check installation
Select Verify under Website widget. Diagnostics distinguish the channel and Sira connection, industry tools, website reachability, installed code, declared domain and CSP security. A Connected card alone does not prove the code is published on your site.
Understand Action required
Missing or old code: replace the old snippet with the line currently displayed, publish and verify again.
Different domain: check your actual website redirect and declared address. Blocking CSP: give the reported directives to your website administrator.
If Repair Sira is offered for its configuration, use it and rerun diagnostics.
Change the appearance or remove the widget
Under Website widget, Button appearance sets the shape (round bubble or rectangle with text), the colour, the text and the side of the page, with a preview. After Save appearance, your website shows it the next time it loads, without pasting the line again. On a light colour, the button text turns dark and the chat window uses a darker shade of the same colour so it stays readable.
Remove (administrators) deletes the widget: the button disappears from your website even if the line is still pasted there, and the widget's conversations disappear from Conversations. To bring it back, activate it again and copy the new line; the chosen appearance is kept.
Check the public experience
Open a published page as a visitor and check the chat bubble. Ask a test question covered by your public FAQ, then find the exchange in Conversations. A successful technical check does not guarantee correct answers to every question or display on every website page.
