Understand the trial and choose a plan
Trial duration, ending without an automatic charge and differences between plans.
The 7-day trial
A new workspace starts a 7-calendar-day Business trial without a payment card. The period starts when the workspace is created; it is not 7 usage days that can be spread out.
During the trial, Sira can provide up to 300 replies to your customers. Other limits follow Business. The same workspace cannot restart the trial repeatedly.
What happens at the end
The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Without a payment you choose to make, features requiring an active plan close when it expires; an activation screen may appear.
Paying for a plan during the trial starts that plan and ends the trial. Choosing Starter therefore applies Starter limits, rather than keeping Business limits until the end of the 7 days.
Compare plans
Starter: 1 seat, €49 per month or €490 per year. Professionnel: 3 seats, €129 per month or €1,290 per year. Business: 10 seats, €299 per month or €2,990 per year.
Enterprise is arranged by quotation according to your needs. Prices are in euros. Always check the total and VAT treatment in the payment summary.
The owner counts as a seat. Sira, channel and document limits are separate; also read the guide to quotas and usage.
Check before paying
Open Subscription and billing in Settings to see your workspace's plan and trial. Choose a plan based on the team that will actually use it.
Count active members and pending invitations.
Check your channels and Sira needs.
Choose monthly or annual billing and review the total.
If a smaller plan is rejected, reduce seats or cancel unused invitations before trying again.
