Find your subscription invoices
Download the PDF, check delivery and understand preparation and Peppol statuses.
Where are invoices stored?
Your IVERNEXT subscription invoices are under Settings → Subscription and billing → Subscription invoices. This list is separate from invoices your business issues to its customers.
A paid invoice is prepared after payment confirmation. Plan activation and PDF availability do not necessarily happen at the same moment.
Preparation, sending and downloading
‘Numbering in progress’ or ‘PDF being prepared’ may appear for a few minutes. On its own, this does not mean payment failed.
The page refreshes invoices being processed. If you switched tabs to read your email, return to reload the status. You can also refresh the page.
Choose ‘Download’ when the PDF is available. ‘PDF sent by email’ means sending was recorded; it does not guarantee your email service placed the message in your main inbox.
Email and Peppol have separate statuses
The PDF is sent to the billing email. Peppol is added when the recipient is eligible, so not every payment results in a Peppol delivery.
‘Peppol not applicable’ is not a payment failure. A Peppol failure does not mean the email was not sent; check each status separately.
In test mode, labels identify test PDFs and Peppol is not simulated. Do not confuse these documents with a real invoice.
I did not receive the PDF
Check your spam folder and billing profile email. If Download is available, use it to get the document without waiting for email.
If the status stays stuck, shows ‘PDF delivery retry pending’ or an error, give support the amount, date and invoice or payment reference. Do not pay again to obtain an invoice.
If an issued invoice contains incorrect details, ask support to review it. Editing the billing profile does not retroactively replace that invoice.
