Read your quotas and usage

Customer replies, Sira exchanges, documents, channels and seats have separate limits.

01

Find the counters

An administrator can open Settings → Subscription and billing → Your usage this month.

There are three separate counters: Replies to your customers, Exchanges with Sira in the CRM and Knowledge documents. Team seats and channels have separate limits.

02

Standard limits

Starter: 500 customer replies and 200 CRM exchanges per month, 5 knowledge documents, 2 channels and 1 seat.

Professionnel: 1,500 customer replies and 500 CRM exchanges per month, 15 knowledge documents, 5 channels and 3 seats.

Business: 4,000 customer replies and 1,000 CRM exchanges per month, 30 knowledge documents, 10 channels and 10 seats. During the trial, customer replies are capped at 300.

For Enterprise or custom capacity, refer to your agreed limits and the workspace counters. A team seat is different from a Sira reply.

03

Resets and documents

Monthly exchange and reply counters follow the calendar month and reset at the start of the next month in UTC. They do not reset with every payment.

The document counter shows knowledge documents currently present. It does not mean documents are deleted each month and does not automatically cover every file in your business modules.

An unavailable counter does not mean zero usage. Return to or refresh the page. Ask for a check if it remains unavailable.

04

What if a limit is reached?

Identify the affected counter or capacity. A monthly Sira quota, a team seat and a document slot are freed in different ways.

For the team, review active members and unused invitations. For knowledge, remove only obsolete documents after considering their usefulness to Sira. For monthly exchanges, check the reset date or plan-change options.

A paid plan change is scheduled for the next renewal, so do not expect it to unlock capacity immediately. If urgent, contact support and name the affected counter.
