Enter your rates incl. tax in Settings
In Settings, the Call-out rates block lets all 16 construction trades enter their hourly rate incl. tax, call-out fee, time billing rules, surcharges (evening, weekend, public holidays), whether quotes are free or paid, and up to 12 fixed packages.
This satisfies pre-contractual consumer price information rules in France and Belgium.
One-click insertion in quotes and invoices
As soon as a rate is saved, quick buttons (+ Call-out fee, + Labour, + package) appear above the lines of your quotes and invoices.
The line unit price excl. tax is calculated automatically from your rate incl. tax and the document VAT rate (or zero tax under small-business exemption or reverse charge) so the total incl. tax matches your published rate.
How Sira answers customers and the manager
When a customer asks for your rates, public Sira only gives the configured amounts incl. tax and states your surcharges as written, without calculating a surcharged amount on its own. When no rate is set, Sira never invents a price and states that rates are detailed on the quote before any work.
Inside your workspace, internal Sira also knows your rates and can add the call-out fee, labour hours or a package directly to a quote.
