Track patients and support plans
Distinguish beneficiary and payer, then organize private follow-up.
Respect access scope
Health & medical practice and Special education have Patients, Services and sector-specific follow-up. Patient records and sensitive cases require a manager or administrator role.
The beneficiary receives the service; the customer record may represent the payer or contact. Do not substitute one for the other.
Create the record and follow-up
Create the record in Patients and link the relevant payer or contact. In Health, open Care follow-up; in Special education, open Care plans.
Select the beneficiary in the new follow-up.
For health, enter the reason, care pathway and next step.
For special education, enter the objective, support type and review date.
Record the actual consent status, owner and relevant due dates.
Review while preserving context
Add required tasks and progress through available states, including Active, Review due and Completed. Consent can be pending, granted or revoked; do not mark it granted by default.
Service scheduling is separate from the follow-up file. A booking does not establish that care was delivered or an objective achieved.
