Prepare and track a transport mission
Assign resources, track stages and preserve evidence.
Open dispatch
Missions opens Transport when Transport and dispatch and Assets are active. A manager handles drivers, vehicles and their assignment.
Prepare the route
A mission brings together the customer, route and load details. Check the time slots before assigning resources.
Create a New mission with route details.
Add the required stops before execution.
A manager assigns the driver and vehicle.
Review the mission before moving it to Planned and then In transit.
Record execution evidence
During transit, add the available evidence and complete stops in the offered order. The final move to Delivered is reserved for a manager.
Use any tracking link offered to managers for the relevant mission. Private evidence remains separate from that tracking view. Do not infer delivery from a screen change alone.
