Describe services
In Beauty & salon, use Services for your offering. Enter the price and appointment duration when that field is shown: an accurate duration helps reserve the right time slot.
Create a client plan
Client plans tracks a package or programme beyond a single appointment. It uses the customer record without creating a patient file.
Choose Create client plan.
Select the customer and enter the package or programme.
Add the practitioner, useful preferences and next review.
Set the owner and follow-up tasks, then save.
Coordinate plans and appointments
Use Schedule for appointments and Client plans for programme progress. Check the correct customer before each update and mark tasks done after completion.
A plan does not automatically reserve every session in a package. Check the appointments actually recorded and their states.
