Access the insurance portfolio
Insurance cases opens Insurance management for authorized managers when the sector module is active. A manager or administrator role is required. Policies, Coverage, Renewals, Claims, Missing documents and Advisory schedule concern the portfolio’s insurance policies.
Enter the policy and coverage
Create the policy with its number, insurer, insured person, dates, premium and factual risk summary. Add the parties and documents actually needed.
A new coverage version preserves the old one: check limits, deductible, exclusions and period before saving.
Manage a claim
Open a claim from the policy and record the facts, date and missing documents. In Manage, record the coverage position, amounts and decision note based on your assessment.
Coverage and amounts remain a human decision. Remove a document from the missing list only after actual receipt.
Prepare the renewal review
Scheduling a review creates a review task, not an automatic renewal. In Renewals, check the decision and new end date before confirming Renewed or Not renewed. History preserves the audited stages.
