Site compliance, Equipment rental and Diagnostic studies
For structural work, earthworks, roofing and facades: track utility clearances, permits, safety coordinator (flagged from 2 contractors) and excavated earth traceability (from 250 m³).
For equipment rental: hour meter out/in, fuel and deposit with PDF sheet. For diagnostic offices: EPB/EPC, Asbestos and DPE certificates with automatic expiry dates.
