Track properties, prospects and viewings

Build the portfolio

Under Mandates, Property requires the Properties and mandates module. Properties tracked here are separate from entries in the Properties & services catalogue. Tabs include Properties, Mandates, Prospects, Matching, Viewings and Reports.

1. Add the owner.

2. Create the property, distinguishing public and private information.

3. Create its mandate and check the conditions before activation.

Match a prospect with a property

In Prospects, add a search using criteria actually provided: type, area, budget and other available criteria. Calculate matching and read the reasons for the matches.

A match helps selection; it does not confirm a sale, rental or viewing.

Schedule and report

In Viewings, choose Schedule viewing and link the correct property, prospect and available resources. Then check the time and assignment.

Publish after review and Approve manually are reserved for authorized users. An owner report can be prepared as a draft before approval; do not assume it has already been sent.
